An experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer services industry, Brian provides leadership, strategy, and a visionary path towards achievement. He is constantly looking for improvements in all aspects of the company. His ability to see the big picture and think ahead has significantly improved the development of the company. Brian is an interactive representative who makes high level decisions for the organization actively promotes individual accountability at all levels.

Steve has over 40 years of experience, 35 of which is with Action. Some noteworthy projects include two Charter schools, a 450-room complex and two strip malls, all in the Southern California area. He has built strong relationships with multiple general contractors by delivering responsiveness, quality of work and accurate estimations.

Barry brings his 40 years of local HVAC experience to Action Air as a Commercial Maintenance Sales Representative. He has held management positions with several large HVAC companies in San Diego and is also an instructor of HVAC at Palomar College, training tomorrows service and installation technicians. Barry also owned and operated his own residential and commercial heating & air conditioning company for the last 13 years.

With over 20 years of estimating and project management of commercial, industrial and multi-family projects, Mike has vast experience in managing complex systems and creating alternative solutions. He joined Action’s elite Commercial team in 2019.

Kris has 17 years experience in commercial HVAC. He has lead on site projects varying in size, from tenant improvements to ground up projects. He has knowledge on basic HVAC units on up to energy efficient VRF systems. He joined Actions’s elite commercial team in 2019.
